1.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price or shipping charges. buyer should bear on responsibility and help custom clearance in time.
2.Please check with your country`s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
3.According to our experience, Custom check the parcels by random, about 0.5-1% parcels will be checked and may charge some tariff.
4.In order to lessen buyer`s import tax or even exempt buyer from import tax, we we declare the item with much less value than the actual price the customer paid for the item.
5.The lower declared value shall not reflect the total price paid by customer or the market price about the item, and perhaps shall not be suitable for those countries with different special tariff standard.

1.Please list your special requests (color, packages, value of declaration, etc.) in the REMARKS when you make the payment. The processing time for a specific order varies with the product type and stock status. Mostly, processing time can be 3 to 15 working days upon receipt of payment.
2).Any items you order shall be only shipped after your payment confirmed by the Third Party (Bank ) We ship the item for customers through Fedex Groud(ship from USA warehouse only to USA mainland),Air Freight and Sea shipping,which can only update when package reached your country and then dispatch by Fedex,UPS,DPD,Royal mail or other logistis.
3).You will be notified by email with the tracking number once your package be shipped out. Delivery time shall based on different countries or regions around the world.
4).As for the delivery destinations smoothly,your address must be confirmed, wee cannot send parcels to the following address in USA,Puerto Rico, Virgin Lslands, 966-969 Hawaii,Guam and Alaska,we also do not accept any PO BOX address.
5).We shall not take the responsibility for any shipping accidents, delays or other matters result from shipping carriers or force reasons.
6).For package missed on the way to the destination, we would try our best to contact with our post office and update the latest information for you. However, there may be some delayed reply because of the time difference.
1.We can refund you money ro send you replacement If we send the wrong style or the wrong color,but damaged merchandise or missing components is not refundable.
2.We can also accept your return If the items can`t match your need. but the courier service freight should be paid by buyer,and item should be as new as we ship them out.
Return Notes:
1).If you need some of the goods returned, please be sure to keep return goods and accessories intact.
2).You need to take all the necessary logistics costs returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
3).We will declare the parcel as a gift at low value to avoid problems at the customs. Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller`s) return address. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
4).If you need faster shipment, please choose the shipping way you want and pay extra cost. Or contact us in advance.

6).If goods are damaged in transit, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt for returns instructions.
